Study on visual basic software to enable it to communicate with PC.


Microsoft visual basic is used to monitor system via PC. 
Signal from the system will be sent to the GSM.
Condition of system will be show at PC.
It can make easy to monitor the system.

Week 5

PCB layout

  1.  The PCB layout is a mirrored positive one - black on white.
  2. Mirrored as viewed from the silkscreen top (component) side.
  3. The PCB layout is printed 1:1 on paper by means of a laser printer or copier machine.  
  4. The laser printer or copier toner will not run out when it gets wet or oily.
  5. The ink of an inkjet paper print does run out and inkjet printers are therefore useless with the described method.

Week 4

Summary of the flow circuit


Main switch will control circuit in normal condition.
The system will display the condition of motor control system in PC
When a main switch failure, PC will display a main switch trip and at the same time SMS will send to mobile phone.
To turn it back, SMS will replay with a command BACKUP ON or also can turn it on with manually.
Backup just for temporary.
If backup also trip, this system will totally off and will display in PC and sending SMS.
In this condition, system should will turn on manually.
